The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.

I ordered a photo of my daughters edited in to Pop art and I am thrilled with the results. I must add that the person I was dealing with (Kathleen) was so patient and accommodating that I tried to look up her last name through your company website so I could send a personal thank you note to your office in Vancouver. Her demeanor was fantastic, despite my numerous requests for changes/additions, and the final result was a exactly what I had in mind. My order was shipped out today and I can\'t wait to see it. Good Morning; Thank-you for your prompt service and to let you know the picture turned out very well. I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.
