They specialize in fine art prints, so they are better set-up for making superior small-batch high-quality prints than an outfit that relies on volume sales. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Turnaround times are super fast, and the work is accurate. Prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the final output. I have a wide variety of excellent art materials to choose from. They even matted my work! Cheap materials makes for cheap art, I say, but KeenART is quality all of the way! Five stars out of five! This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,
